Terms of Service

Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. This is the whole agreement.

What ForgePad is

ForgePad is software that helps you deploy and trade tokens on public blockchains. It is a tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.

Every token created through ForgePad belongs to the person who created it. We do not review, endorse, price, or guarantee any of them, and a token appearing on this site says nothing about whether it is a good idea.

No advice, no guarantees

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed to give any of it.

Crypto assets are volatile and frequently go to zero. You can lose everything you put in, and you should not put in more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Your wallet, your funds

ForgePad never takes custody of your assets. Every action happens directly between your wallet and a smart contract.

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. We cannot cancel, refund, or recover a transaction for you, including one sent to the wrong address or one that lost value.

You are responsible for your keys. Nobody at ForgePad will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key, and any message that does is an attempt to steal from you.

Fees

ForgePad charges a fee on token creation and on trades through its bonding curves. The current amounts are shown in the interface before you confirm anything.

Half of that fee is shared: 30% goes to the creator of the token that produced it and 20% to FORGE and Forge Primals holders. The rest funds the platform.

On a chain where FORGE has not launched yet, the holders' share accrues on-chain rather than being paid out, and can be directed by the platform until there is somebody to pay. That is visible on-chain and every movement of it is logged.

Network gas is separate, goes to the chain rather than to us, and is never refundable.

Smart contract risk

The contracts behind ForgePad are public and unchangeable once deployed. They have been tested, but no test proves a contract is free of defects.

The contracts also depend on infrastructure we do not control, including the blockchains themselves and third-party exchanges such as Uniswap. A failure in any of those can cost you money, and we cannot compensate you for it.

Use of ForgePad is at your own risk, and the software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

Where you live

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit trading crypto assets.

You confirm you are of legal age where you live, that you are not subject to sanctions, and that you will not use ForgePad for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.

What we may do

We may hide a token from this website — for example, one impersonating another project or a known scam. Hiding it changes nothing on-chain: the contract keeps existing and keeps trading, because we cannot delete something we do not control.

We may change or discontinue any part of this website at any time. The contracts stay on-chain and keep working whether this website does or not.

Paid placement

Some listings are promoted, which means someone paid for that position. Every promoted listing is labelled as such wherever it appears.

Paying for placement buys visibility and nothing else. It is not a review, a certification, or an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ForgePad and the people behind it are not liable for lost profits or lost assets, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this software.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When the substance changes you will be asked to agree again the next time you visit.
